As summer draws to a close, we are recommending a great route for our riders. Be sure to remember your Rider’s Claw when you’re out enjoying that last summer ride.

Our fifth route is a real cafe racer from Loomies to Ryka’s cafe and was nominated by Mark Noy.
“This route is well used by bikers for the brilliant corners and fast roads. The undulating roads and scenery, as well as the small towns and villages you pass through are brilliant. This is a nice route to ride in the summer and there are plenty of interesting places to stop on the way.”
Length
64 miles
Love it because
Nestled in the heart of rural southern England, this ride is the ideal trip for any rider wanting something a little longer, with the added bonus of guaranteed places to stop for a drink and a bite to eat. The roads surrounding Loomies Moto Café are biking perfection and the entire route snakes across mile after mile of luscious countryside. Heaven.
Take a picture at
Loomies Moto Café acts as the perfect photo spot. Always popular with bikers, so you may leave with more than just a snap of your own machine!
Stop for a cuppa at
Starting at a café, finishing at a café and sandwiching a café in the middle, you really are spoilt for choice for a cuppa on this ride.
Watch out for
Being an affluent area, this is a popular route for horse riding. Take it easy where visibility is reduced to prevent any chance of unexpected motorcycle/hind-quarter interfaces…
Best bike for the job
We can’t not recommend a café racer for this one!
