Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery and must be pre-authorized by calling 1-877-876-CLAW or emailing for confirmation. Returns sent without authorization will be refused. Original shipping charges are not refunded for returns. Items must be returned with a copy of the original sales receipt, in original condition, and must be saleable as new. Used, installed, blemished, incomplete items will not be accepted for return. Special order items may not be returned under any circumstances.

For warranty replacement please contact us at 1-877-876-CLAW or to obtain return authorization. A copy of the sales receipt must be included. Returns sent without authorization will be refused.
